When using the public wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) Internet connection service of Grandia Hosen (hereinafter referred to as "the hotel"), please understand and agree to the following items and use it at your own risk. Thank you very much.

• If you bring a device such as a smartphone, tablet, or a computer with a built-in wireless LAN, you can connect to the Internet via a public wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) in guest rooms, conference halls, banquet halls, convention halls, restaurants, lobbies, and lounges of the hotel. You can use the service for free (there are some places where it is difficult to connect or cannot be connected).
• Internet connection service via public wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is not guaranteed to be used by all customers.It may not be possible to use it due to reasons such as the equipment and settings that the customer has.
• Regarding the communication speed of the Internet connection, we provide a constant connection environment, but depending on the customer's connection environment and line congestion, the speed may drop or the connection may not be possible.
• The hotel does not provide any support for the communication environment and various settings of your smartphone, tablet, or computer with built-in wireless LAN.
• Customers are responsible for protecting and managing the security of smartphones, tablets, and computers with built-in wireless LAN that connect to the Internet via public wireless LAN (Wi-Fi).
• The hotel will not be held responsible for any damage caused by computer virus infection, communication interception, information leakage or loss, unauthorized access or spoofing by a third party, malfunction of your terminal, or any other damage caused by your own operation. I don't owe you.
• We recommend that you do not use "HOUSEN_FREEWIFI" when performing communications that require security, such as entering personal information, via public wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) Internet connection services.
