"Happy Luck Sharing Daifuku" supervised by the young master is now on sale!

We have recently started selling "Happy Luck Sharing Daifuku" sweets, supervised by our young master.

This is a collaboration product with the local long-established confectionery shop "Bamen Shoeido," which was founded 94 years ago.

Fukui Prefecture has been ranked number one in Japan in the "Happiness Ranking" for 12 consecutive years.

This "happiness" has been embodied in our products, allowing our visitors to share their happiness with their loved ones.

This was jointly developed by our hotel and a long-established local confectionery shop.

Even after customers return home, they can reminisce about their experiences in Fukui by eating the daifuku.

We also hope that by giving these to loved ones, you will help spread the appeal of Fukui.

Daifuku is made with 100% Fukui rice and comes in three different flavors: smooth bean paste, mugwort mochi, and sweet potato.

The young owner of our hotel made many suggestions and tasted the product many times, resulting in a delicious daifuku.
