I went to visit Daianzenji Temple.

Daianzenji is a Zen temple belonging to the Myoshinji branch of the Rinzai sect.

It is one of Fukui's most popular sightseeing spots, with its splendid temples, rich nature, and various hands-on events.

This time I came to practice self-training for next year's zazen training.

It was a beautiful space with a lot of light and atmosphere.
I feel like I've become a monk, and I'm very excited.

It's the first time since I was in elementary school that I've transcribed so far.smile

Finally, practice Zazen in the main hall.

For the past few years, Grandia Hosen employees have been allowed to experience Zen meditation as part of their training around spring.
I practiced my posture, filled with the desire to make the priest who remembered my face think, "Oh, this guy has been practicing."
