Hana Shunju and Hana Shunju have a total of 12 flavors, including the classic chocolate flavor and matcha flavor, the Futtsu Kintoki imo flavor and Kuradashi sake lees flavor, which use Fukui's specialties, and the unique Echizen wakame flavor. It is lined up in the showcase of the coffee lounge Mizuki.

I love ice cream too, so the other day, I bought and tried just 3 types!

The royal road "strawberry flavor", the expected "Futtsu Kintoki potato flavor", and the curious "Echizen seaweed flavor"!

“Echizen Wakame Flavor” was a quick decision, but since there are so many attractive flavors, I had a hard time deciding between the other two flavors.

Here are my impressions after eating it!

<Strawberry flavor>

As you can see in the photo above, the flesh is tightly packed.

As for the taste, you can directly feel the original taste of the material, like frozen strawberries that have been made into sherbet.

The texture of the seeds remained, and it was a great delight for strawberry lovers!

<Futtsu Kintoki Potato Flavor>

I ate Futtsu Kintoki imo for the first time the other day and was impressed by its sweetness and softness.

The rich Futtsu Kintoki imo with the mellowness of the milk was really elegant!

Personally, I thought this Futtsu Kintoki imo taste was the most delicious among the three types.

<Echizen Seaweed Flavor>

I ate this one first, and right after that, I realized that I should have taken a photo with the lid facing up, so this is the only one with the lid turned inside out.I'm sorry…….

My impression after eating the first bite was "Salty!?"

It seems to be irresistible for those who like salt sweets!

As you can see in the picture, the presence of wakame seaweed is overwhelming.The texture was crispy!

It was quite an impact, but it was well organized as a gelato, and it was a highly complete dish!

Each of the three types brought out the taste of the ingredients to the fullest, and each had a different taste.

Ladies and gentlemen, if you have a taste that you are interested in when you come to our hotel, please try it!
