Today we would like to introduce you to a plan for Echizen Crab, a brand crab from Fukui Prefecture that will be available from November.

Echizen crab is the top brand of snow crab, caught at Mikuni Port in Fukui Prefecture.

Echizen crabs are grown in the rough seas and harsh cold of Fukui.

It is said to have sweet, firm meat, and is the only crab in Japan presented to the Imperial Family.

Another distinctive feature is that it has a yellow tag attached as proof that it was caught in Fukui Prefecture.

This Echizen crab fishing is fixed every year from November XNUMXth to March XNUMXth of the following year.

From November 8th, our hotel will be offering the Echizen Crab Kaiseki meal, where you can enjoy Echizen crab to your heart's content.

You can choose from three types of rooms.
